I didn’t pay anything in advance. Mr. Taufiq arranged for the product to be shipped from the warehouse to Trichy, which is close to my hometown. I traveled to Trichy and personally checked the jewelry, and he accompanied me to verify the purity, even though they provided a purity certificate. Only after completing my KYC did I pay the amount.
They gave me a proper bill with their GST number and the official purity certificate.
Back home, I double-checked the jewelry’s purity. It’s 916 hallmark gold with the correct HUID number (similar to an HSN number), and I verified it through the BIS Hallmark app. The piece is completely authentic and of excellent quality.
